Darcy contacted me to photograph her intimate Banff Wedding and I couldn’t have been more excited! First of all Darcy wanted to incorporate balloons in her photos and she wanted us to to do a “first site” session where they would meet and do their portrait before the ceremony!
This was my first time doing a “first site” and I must say I was not prepared for how emotional it was going to be… in an amazing way;) Not only did my eyes fill into tears during my alone time with Darcy the same thing happened when I was with Dan! These two are so in love.. so cute it was just an absolute pleasure to work with them:) Every wedding I photograph is so unique and so special I am completely blown away by how great my job is.

I just love this photo… it reminds me a photo taken by my mothers and fathers wedding photographer back in the 70′s. Every time I look at that photo of Dad it reminds me
of how nervous and excited he was to marry Mom, Dan you were so just like like that! Adorable!
Darcy and Dan stayed in a Caribou Mountain Lodge Loft suite it was so charming!
