Christmas 2011 was a blast! After a beautiful morning of my husband and I watching our children open Christmas presents, we met up with some wonderful friends at the Canmore pond for an incredible afternoon of ice skating! To-boot it was my husband’s first time on ice skates since he was 7 years old! It is hard to imagine that he, Carlos Buhler, who put up one of the difficult routes ever climbed on Everest’s North Face , had never owned a pair of hockey skates. Needless to say, now that he is a resident of Canada, Santa gave him his first pair this Christmas!!!
Julia and Julie… too cute!
My wonderful Carlos and our little look-alike son, Manuel:)
Marcia - Great pics Crista….Looks like you guys had a great time. It’s so hard to believe how big the kids are getting. Hope Santa was good to everyone :o) Miss you! xo
Stephanie Zettel - I really would like to order a few copies of these pictures… I LOVE them! Great job!
Julie - Adam just showed me these images…I LOVE it! What a fun afternoon at the pond, the warm temperatures and fresh snow was a treat. Your family is just wonderful, I’m so glad we got to catch up on Christmas. We need to get a copy of the top photo to put in our home! Thanks for sharing, Crista-Lee.
